PLEASE READ AND CONFIRM REGULATIONS
​Regulations:
  1. Access to the area for setup begins at 9:00 am. 
  2. Setup is to be completed by 11:00 am.
  3. The event runs from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, Saturday, September 20, 2025. Weather Permitting.
  4. Vendors must provide their own tables and tents.
  5. A single space is 10’ x 10’. All items must be enclosed within the specified area. No overflow.
  6. All tents must be weighted on the blacktop.
  7. Keep your area clean during the festival. 
  8. Vendors are not to start packing up before 2:50 pm. 
  9. Clean up your area after the event ends.
  10. All sales conducted and applicable sales taxes are the responsibility of the vendor or artist.
  11. Coventry Arts Guild reserves the final decision on the appropriateness of the vendor’s/artist’s wares/content.
  12. There will be no refund if a problem is not resolved.
  13. Only official weather cancellation qualifies for a refund
  14.  Please conduct yourself in a professional and courteous manner to all in attendance and participating.

I agree to follow all Event Guidelines and all applicable State and Town Regulations.  The Arts Guild Board of Directors reserves the right to deny event privileges to any participant who fails to comply with the event guidelines. 
 
I AGREE NOT to hold the Coventry Arts Guild, The Town of Coventry, or its representatives responsible for any damages arising out of the sales of my products or from my presence on the event site.
 
All authorized vendors, performers, artists, or volunteers participating in the Coventry Arts Guild, Arts on Main event shall be individually and severally responsible to COVENTRY ARTS GUILD, ARTS ON MAIN, its board, officers, members, and volunteers for any loss, personal injury, deaths, and/or any other damage that may occur as a result of the vendors' participation in the event sponsored by the Coventry Arts Guild of The Town of Coventry or that of its representatives, agents, and employees. All vendors, performers, artists, or volunteers hereby agree to indemnify and save Coventry Arts Guild and The Town of Coventry harmless from any loss, cost, damages, and other expenses, including attorneys' fees, suffered by or incurred by the Coventry Arts Guild by reason of the vendors' participation in the festival sponsored by The Coventry Arts Guild, The Town of Coventry or that of its volunteers, agents, and employees
